Biography
Mert Akyüz is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University (AYBU), Ankara, Türkiye. He earned his Ph.D. in Economics and Public Finance (EU) from Ankara University, Türkiye. He holds an M.A. in Economics from Tulane University, New Orleans, United States (US), and a B.A. in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from the Faculty of Political Sciences, Ankara University. His research interests lie in the fields of macroeconomics, economic development, health economics, and applied econometrics.
