Prof. YUSUF ÖZ

He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Languages, History and Geography, Department of Eastern Languages ​​and Literatures, Department of Persian Language and Literature (1987). He completed his master's and doctorate degrees at Ankara University Social Sciences Institute. He worked as an instructor at Ankara University Turkish Language Teaching Center (TÖMER) between 1989 and 1990. He was appointed as a research assistant at Selçuk University, Faculty of Science and Letters, Department of Eastern Languages ​​and Literatures, Persian Language and Literature (December 1991). He received the title of Doctor of Letters in February 1997. He served as the head of the Department at Selçuk University and the head of the Eastern Languages ​​and Literatures department at Kırıkkale University and Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. He currently serves as the head of the Department of Persian Language and Literature and a member of the Scientific Board of the Turkish Language Association.
