Biography
İhsan Tolga Medeni is a faculty member in Management Information Systems at Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University (AYBU) and also teaches at Middle East Technical University. His work focuses on the intersection of blockchain, artificial intelligence, digital twins, synthetic data, and digital government/transformation; he coordinates teams in international projects with public and industry partners.
