Asst. Prof. MUSTAFA YASİN BAŞÇETİN

He was born in 1989 in Boyabat. He graduated from Samsun Bafra Anadolu Teacher High School in 2007 and ranked 11th in Turkey in the 2007 university entrance exam. In 2011, he obtained his bachelor's degree from Fatih University and began his academic career as a research assistant at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University in the same year. He completed his master's degree in 2014 and his doctoral degree in 2019, both from Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. Since 2022, he has been working as an Assistant Professor at the same institution. He was awarded the Prime Ministry's First 100 Scholarship between 2007 and 2011, the TDK Scholarship between 2012 and 2014, and the TÜBİTAK Scholarship between 2014 and 2019. He participated in Work and Travel programs in the United States in 2009 and 2010, attended Persian language courses at the Iranian Cultural Center between 2012 and 2014, and took Persian courses at the Dekhoda Iranian Studies Center in Tehran during the summer of 2013. He is proficient in English, German, Arabic, and Persian.
