Biography

Dr. Kübra Çağlıyan Şakar graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Russian Language and Literature in 2010. In the same year, she won the international postgraduate education scholarship opened by the Ministry of National Education within the scope of Law No 1416 and completed her master’s and doctorate degrees in the field of 20th Century Russian literature at Lomonosov Moscow State University on behalf of Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. She started working at the university in 2017. She has works in the fields of 20th Century Russian literature and Russian culture.
