Prof. HASAN ENGİN ŞENER

Biography

I am a professor of Management and Organization at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Business School.  I earned my PhD in Political Science and Public Administration from Middle East Technical University (METU) in 2008. I obtained my Master's degree in Administrative Sciences from Ankara University in 2002, and my Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the same university in 2000. Currently, I am teaching courses on Strategic Management and Human Resource Management at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. Additionally, I am teaching Strategic Management at Gazi University and Management Techniques at Ahmet Yesevi University. I am also a member of the Alumni of the Faculty of Political Sciences (Mülkiyeliler Birliği), the METU Alumni Organization (ODTÜ Mezunlar Derneği), and the Personnel Management Association of Turkey (PERYÖN). Throughout my career, I have carried out numerous projects for various institutions, including the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Trade, and the Ministry of Development. In addition to my academic work, I also provide training and seminars for public personnel, such as those from the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of National Education, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I hold a certification as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 and am also a certified External Evaluator for the Turkish Higher Education Quality Council.
