Biography
I hold a bachelor's degree in Tourism Management and Hospitality from Adnan Menderes University. I completed my master's degree in Business Administration at the Institute of Social Sciences, Kafkas University, and earned my Ph.D. in Tourism Management at the Institute of Social Sciences, Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University. In September 2022, I was awarded the title of Associate Professor in the field of Management and Strategy.
Between 2000 and 2007, I worked as a lecturer at Kafkas University. Since 2011, I have been serving as a faculty member at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Faculty of Applied Sciences in Şereflikoçhisar. My research interests include human resource management, organizational behavior, and strategic management.
