Lect. TARIK İSMET ALKAN

Tarık İsmet Alkan studied Computer Engineering at TOBB University of Economics and Technology (TOBB ETÜ) with a full scholarship. He then completed his master’s degree in the United Kingdom with a scholarship from the Ministry of National Education (MEB). He obtained a second bachelor’s degree in Economics and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Law at Ankara Social Sciences University. His primary research interests include Decentralized Finance (DeFi), Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC), Distributed Ledger Technology, and Information Technology Law in general.
