Biography
Savaş Kaptan works as an Asst. Prof. in the Department of Public Finance at the Faculty of Political Science of Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. He graduated from Bahçeşehir University with a bachelor's degree in International Trade and Business in 2015. He also completed a double major in Economics at the same university. He then completed his Master's degree in Economics at Middle East Technical University in 2019. Afterwards, he completed his PhD in Public Finance at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University in 2024. His studies focus on fiscal economics and fiscal policy.
