Perver Karşıgil is a research assistant in the Department of Pediatric Nursing, Department of Nursing, Faculty of Health Sciences at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. She received her bachelor’s degree from Hacettepe University in 2013 and her master’s degree in Pediatric Nursing from Gazi University in 2019. She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies in Pediatric Nursing at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University.
Before beginning her academic career, she worked as a pediatric intensive care nurse at Hacettepe University İhsan Doğramacı Children’s Hospital from 2013 to 2017. Karşıgil has presented papers at national and international nursing congresses and has contributed to various scientific publications and book chapters. She is an active member of the Turkish Nurses Association and the Pediatric Nurses Association.
