He was born in Ankara in 1990 and completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Elazığ. He graduated from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Fırat University's Faculty of Engineering in 2012. He worked at BM Holding in 2013, at Aras Electricity Distribution Company between 2014 and 2015, and at TÜBİTAK between 2015 and 2018. He worked at Ahi Evran University between 2018 and 2019 and has been working at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University since 2019. He completed his master's degree at the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Gazi University in 2018. He completed his doctorate at the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University in 2025. He works on deep learning, machine learning, RF/microwave.
