The studies of language, literature and human psychology have always been an essential part of my life. I have been studying and practicing text analysis, interpretation and translation at different universities in Turkey, Germany and Great Britain. For the last two years my major focus has been approaching ‘texts’ (letters, literary works, speeches) through affect theories in migrational contexts.
Born in Russia, from Turkish ethnicity with both Bulgarian and Turkish citizenships, I am highly interested in the resent socio-cultural and socio-political affect theories and their application in intercultural and multicultural contexts.
Active and positive with significant analytical and strong interpersonal skills, able to organize and prioritize workload, use initiative and handle constant change; I am a lecturer and advisor at the AYBU International Relations Office.
I obtained my MA degree at FU Berlin and BA degree at Boğaziçi University.
I spent a year as an Erasmus + SMS student at TU Dortmund, Germany and three months as a student assistant with Erasmus + SMP at University of Kent, UK during my BA studies.
