The studies of literature and language have always been an essential part of my life. I have studied and practiced text analysis, interpretation and translation at different universities in Turkey, Germany and Great Britain. My current research is focused on affect and space studies in post-colonial and migrational contexts. I am highly interested in the resent socio-cultural and socio-political affect theories, theatre and gender studies.

Active and positive with significant analytical and strong interpersonal skills, able to organize and prioritize workload, use initiative and handle constant change; I am a lecturer and advisor at the AYBU International Relations Office.

I obtained my MA degree at FU Berlin and BA degree at Boğaziçi University.

I spent a year as an Erasmus + SMS student at TU Dortmund, Germany and three months as a student assistant with the Erasmus + SMP at University of Kent, UK during my BA studies.
