Biography
He graduated from the Department of Economics at Middle East Technical University (METU) in 2004. He got his PhD degree in Economics at the METU in 2013. He is assistant professor at the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University.
