Biography

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehtap Doğan graduated from Bilkent University, Department of Philosophy in 2009, and completed her MA and PhD in Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Department of Philosophy. Her main areas of interest are philosophy of mind and philosophy of artificial intelligence; she has published many national and international articles in these fields. Mehtap Doğan, who has a book titled Artificial Intelligence and the Problem of Consciousness, is a faculty member at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Department of Philosophy. She teaches Philosophy of Mind, Philosophy of Language, Philosophy of Artificial Intelligence and Philosophy of Technology.
