Biography
Halil İbrahim AKCAN graduated from Eskişehir Anatolian High School in 2016 and graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2020. After completing his legal internship, he started to work as a research assistant at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Faculty of Law, Department of Law of the Sea in 2021. In 2024, he completed his MA at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University with his thesis titled "Application of the Provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code Regarding the Master to Remotely Operated Ships". He is currently pursuing his PhD in Private Law at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, which he started in 2024.
