I was born in Trabzon in 1988. I completed my primary, secondary and high school education in Yomra district of Trabzon. I received my first undergraduate degree from Ankara University, Department of Indology, in 2011, and my second, from Ankara University, Department of Information Management, in 2012. In 2013, I was appointed to Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Information Management Department. In the same year, I started the Master's program at Hacettepe University, Information Management Department. I completed my master's degree with the thesis titled "Innovative service development process in public libraries: The example of Bartın Ulus Culture and Art House Public Library" in 2015. In 2016, I started my PhD program at Hacettepe University, Department of Information Management. I completed my doctorate with the thesis titled "Evaluation of the public library management and service structure in Turkey in terms of innovative organizational culture" in 2021. I work on public libraries, school libraries, organizational culture and innovation.
