Professional Summary

She has extensive experience in the fields of music education, cello education, and Turkish Music theory. Her research focuses on integrating traditional and contemporary approaches in music education as well as developing effective learning and assessment strategies in music. She has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters, edited several academic books in the field of fine arts education, and supervised graduate theses on Turkish Music theory and education. She participated as a cellist in concerts and recordings organized by numerous institutions in the field of Turkish Music, including TRT, AYBU, Gazi University, and Sakarya University. Combining academic research with performance expertise, she contributes to advancing music education and enriching the theoretical and practical heritage of Turkish Music.
