Biography
Asuman Cukur works as an Associate Professor in the public finance department of Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Faculty of Political Sciences. Dr. Cukur received her bachelors degree from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences, she received her master's degree in Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and her Doctorate degree in Economics from the Mugla Sıtkı Koçman University. Dr. Cukur’s main research fields are fiscal decentralization, health economics, poverty, and income inequality and she has many published research on these subjects.
