Lect. NURETTİN AKÇAY

Nurettin Akçay completed his bachelor from the History Department at Yüzüncü Yıl University, followed by a master's degree in Republican History from the same university. In 2021, he obtained Ph.D. at Shanghai University's Global Studies Department with a dissertation titled “A Comparative Study of Public Diplomacy between China and Turkey (2002-2012).” He conducted postdoctoral research at Shanghai University from 2022 to 2023. Since 2024, he has been serving as a lecturer at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. His research expertise includes China-Turkey relations, China's Middle East policy, Chinese foreign policy, and public diplomacy.
