Res. Asst. KÜBRA DALDIRAN

As a Research Assistant at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, I am currently pursuing postgraduate studies in the Marketing Department at Erciyes University. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Abdullah Gül University and Universitatea Alexandru Ioan Cuza din Iași, Romania.

Having garnered international experience as an Erasmus+ Digital Marketing Trainee in Rotterdam, I specialized in digital marketing leads and social media management. I contributed to the "GenY's Virtual Guide to Skill Development and Personal Branding in Social Media" project at Novancia Business School Paris, significantly enhancing my expertise in digital marketing and personal branding. Additionally, I participated in the Interculturability Erasmus+ Training Course in Italy, where I gained proficiency in intercultural communication within marketing. At Sabancı University, I served as a Project Assistant, where I was responsible for reporting outcomes for an Erasmus+ project, showcasing my project management and coordination capabilities. My participation in the Sustainable Cities Summer School at ATÖLYE further developed my theoretical and practical understanding of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. My role as a Board Member of Youth Bank Kayseri under the Toplum Gönüllüleri Vakfı (TOG), coupled with active engagement in various student organizations at AGU, has significantly honed my leadership, teamwork, and corporate marketing skills.

My research interests include the application of artificial intelligence in digital marketing, sustainable marketing, marketing ethics, and neuromarketing, underscoring my commitment to innovative and ethical business practices.
