Abstract
In the article, the technologies that should be used for compliance with the Information and Communication Security Measures guide, which was published on 10 July 2020, will be determined for public institutions and businesses providing critical infrastructure services. Governance regarding the application and data security measures that should be implemented in IT units in order to ensure permanent personal and corporate data security will be discussed.
