Abstract The contemporary landscape of education is characterized by rapid change and increasing demands on teachers. This study explores the development and implementation of a workplace training program designed to enhance the well-being and employability of teachers. Using semi-structured interviews, we investigated teachers’ perceptions of professional challenges and identified key areas for development. Findings from these interviews served as the foundation for designing a five-week training package. Each week focused on a specific professional development element, incorporating hands-on activities, group discussions, and practical exercises to positively impact teachers’ well-being, job satisfaction, and perceived employability. Supporting teachers in both personal and professional development, this study contribute to the growing body of research on teacher resilience and future-oriented training.
