Özet

This study was carried out to explore how job crafting helps to explain the link between creativity-self and career satisfaction. The sample was selected using a stratified random sampling method to ensure a mix of job types and industries. Around 300 participants took part in the survey. The results showed that people with high creativity-self were more likely to engage in job crafting behaviors. Also, job crafting has had a strong positive impact on career satisfaction. Most importantly, the findings confirmed that job crafting plays a key role in linking creativityself with career satisfaction. This means that employees who believe in their creative abilities can find more fulfillment in their careers when they actively shape their jobs to match their strengths and interests. Based on these findings, the study recommends that organizations support job crafting through training, flexible job roles, and leadership that encourages autonomy and creativity. Managers should recognize the value of giving employees the freedom to reshape their work. Doing so not only boosts job satisfaction but also improves motivation, innovation, and performance across the organization.
