Özet

This study presents a comprehensive analysis of quantum research publications spanning from 1900 to 2025, examining the geographic distribution and temporal evolution of contributions across continents. Using a multi-source bibliographic dataset compiled from Google Scholar, Crossref, Semantic Scholar, and Scilit. We utilized AI-assisted data curation and country name normalization techniques to systematically identify and analyze the geographic origins of publications over decades. After consolidating 193 country name variants to 103 standardized entities and aggregating data into ten-year periods, our analysis reveals a significant shift from European dominance in the early 20th century to North American leadership in the 1930s, followed by the emergence of Asian research capacity. Most notably, Asia's share grew from the 2010s, with China and India becoming major contributors. The findings provide quantitative evidence of the global diffusion and regionalization of quantum research, offering insights for science policy and strategic research planning.
