Abstract

Background: Hemodynamically significant patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) is a common problem in preterm infants which often causes significant morbidities. Although PDA induces alterations in various tissue perfusion, there is scarce information about the effect of oral ibuprofen on hemodynamics of regional tissues.
