Well-trained staff is needed to achieve economical and social progress and sustainability in tourism. this course is intended to provide basic English training for employees of the hotel industry who wish to improve their English skills with materials and lesson plans that can be utilised in the classroom.
most of the lessons are function based and contain common expressions for various functions that are likely to be encountered in the hotel industry. Sample conversations are also included that students may use as models. In addition, the lessons include role play activitiesrole play activities, so students can practise using the language in situations they are likely to encounter while on the job.
