Abstract

Gastrointestinal teratoma is a rare neoplasm seen most often as gastric teratoma in children. This is a report of a neonate who had a ruptured omphalocele, ileal teratoma, and multiple associated anomalies. According to an English-language literature review this is the first case report of an ileal teratoma. Copyright (C) 2000 by W.B. Saunders Company.
