Özet

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a changing force nowadays, and it has the power to transform the things as we know today. Undoublety, AI and its development has a major impact on human rights issues. On the bright side, AI has the potential to create a fairer society by making access easier to important services like education and healthcare. It also has a potential to create a fairer legal system and more legitimate governments. On the other hand, there are some serious concerns related to AI and its impact on human rights. AI can regenerate biases, invade people’s privacy, and be used for surveillance, which puts basic rights like freedom, safety, and equality at risk. So, assessing the usage of AI is a crucial topic to understand the future implications on human rights and provide guidance for ethical and responsible usage of it.

This study focuses on how AI can both support and threaten human rights. It explores the current literature and discusses a way to create unbiased AI usage, if possible. It underlines that there is a need to design and use AI responsibly and fairly for not to abuse human rights. By discussion and literature review, the study seeks for a way to ensure AI protects individual rights and benefits everyone, especially those who are most vulnerable and disadvantaged.
