© 2020Mobile game industry made a breakthrough in the last decade with the increase in stores, applications, users and revenue. As a fresh sector in the business market, it brought many opportunities to entrepreneurs, companies, programmers and human resources who work and are intended to work in this field. Many researches have been conducted for mobile game industry on education, ergonomics, finance, marketing etc. but there is a gap in the literature of decision-making problems since these problems are not structured in a systematical way. This study brings together Operational Research (OR) with mobile game companies and structures three major operational decision problems, which are significantly effective on the sustainability of the mobile game producing companies such as customer satisfaction and finance. These three problems are pricing the game products, profiling the game players and identifying the hardness level of the game. While structuring these problems drivers, pressures, state, impact and response model of intervention (DPSIR) of problem structuring methodology and questionnaires to company representatives and gamers are used.
