Özet
Gabapentin is an anticonvulsant and antiepileptic drug that relevant specialists mainly prescribe for treating minor seizures, nerve pain, anxiety disorders, restless leg syndrome, etc. Its arbitrary and incorrect use can cause side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, allergic reactions, respiratory problems, etc. Thus, the above cases demonstrate the significance of determining Gabapentin in pharmaceutical and biological samples. In this research work, the Au electrode surface was modified with Ti2C-MXene nanolayers to accurately determine Gabapentin in real samples. The desired MXene successfully obtained via the etching process through the HF phase of Ti2SnC-MAX phase. In addition, morphological studies were conducted to confirm the correct synthesis of Ti2C-MXene nanolayers. For this purpose, techniques including FESEM, XRD, HR-XPS, Raman spectroscopy, HR-TEM, BET analysis, FT-IR, and EDX were used to characterize Ti2C-MXene nanolayers. The obtained results have also been indicated the accuracy of the Ti2C-MXene nanolayers synthesis. Additionally, an electrochemical assessment of Gabapentin at the Au electrode modified with Ti2C-MXene was effectively conducted. According to the analysis, it can be verified that this proposed sensing assay is sensitive, accurate, and specific, with the least analysis time. The designed sensor has a linear range of 0.4997–47.6190 μM and a LOD of 0.29 μM. Based on the results, the proposed electrochemical sensing assay demonstrates the best analytical performance and is highly sensitive to Gabapentin. To investigate the sensor's application in real sample analysis, capsule and human serum samples were evaluated. The recovery index of the platform based on Ti2C-MXene nanolayers was obtained 96.30% as well.
