Özet

n this session, we present a transformative 5-week onsite design sprint. Developed during the Google VIA26 Innovator Academy cohort, this sprint shifts students from passive translation to active problem-solving. By integrating the Stanford d.school design framework with Harvard Project Zero thinking routines, we empower students to use English as an authentic design tool. Guided by a supportive network of peer mentors and community builders, learners tackle real-world challenges in a psychologically safe, low-pressure environment. We will demonstrate how scaffolding learner autonomy allows unique voices to emerge naturally. Attendees will learn to implement these problem-focused onsite sprints, turning language routines into lifelong habits and equipping students with a resilient design-thinking mindset for their future careers.
