Abstract Knowledge management s an approach that focuses on the processes of generatng, sharng, and usng knowledge to enhance performance and learnng wthn an organzaton. In the modern world, knowledge management plays a crtcal role n helpng organzatons acheve compettve advantage. Effectve knowledge management equps organzatons wth the capacty to make nformed decsons, ncreasng effcency and mprovng operatonal processes. Furthermore, knowledge management strateges foster organzatonal learnng by strengthenng collaboraton and communcaton among employees.
