Özet
Liver involvement in mutiple myeloma (MM) is not commonly encountered. In this report, we describe a patient who was diagnosed with IgG kappa type MM. A liver biopsy revealed monoclonal plasma cell infiltration. Hepatomegaly was the sole finding in physical examination and the liver function tests were not disturbed. © Società Editrice Universo (SEU).
