Abstract

Background and AimPulmonary hypertension (PH) is common in patients with severe aortic stenosis (AS). The prognostic effect of PH in high-risk patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) remains unknown. The aim of this study was to examine the feasibility of TAVI in patients with PH and to determine the effect of TAVI on PH.
