© 2020, Mary Ann Liebert, Inc., publishers 2020.Krukenberg tumor (KT) is a rare ovarian carcinoma containing mucin-filled signet ring cells. It accounts for 1%-2% of all ovarian tumors. It is seen at an average age of 40 years. Reported pediatric cases of KT in the literature are very limited. Herein, we present an adolescent with a KT that was compatible with metastatic ring cell colon carcinoma.
