Abu al Hasan Mirza, known as Shaykh al-Rais, a prince and scholar in qajar era and Fath Alishah Qajarr's grandson, is one of the poletical feature in Constitution era. He has traveled to some countries such as Egipt, India and Türkiye and in this traveling, made friends with some people and has corresponded with them.
Sayyed Mohammad Borhan al-Din Balkhi (1849-1930 A.D.), an Afghanian (Kataganian) poet in Turkish and Persian language is one of them. He was accquanted with Shaykh al-Rais Qajar in Istanbul and when Shaykh al-Rais came back Iran, they corresponded with eachother. The present article deals with the narration of these letters which wereadapted from a manuscript collectioncalled Daftar-i Quyudat, no. Y56 at the Library of the Center for Seljukian Studies at Seljuk University.
