Özet

Akademik araştırmanın en temel ve zorlayıcı aşamalarından biri hiç şüphesiz literatür taramasıdır. Teze Nereden Başlamalı? -Literatür Ta- rama Metotları- adlı bu kitap, yüksek lisans ve doktora öğrencilerine, araştırmacılara ve akademik danışmanlara rehberlik etmeyi amaçlayan üç bölümlük bir yapıdan oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde sistematik li- teratür taraması, meta-analiz, meta-sentez ve meta-etnografi gibi yapı- landırılmış yaklaşımlar detaylı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölüm- de, anlatısal alan yazın incelemesinin kuramsal temelleri, metodolojik adımları ve eleştirel analiz süreci örneklerle açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü ve son bölümde ise vaka taraması yöntemi tanıtılarak, özellikle sosyal bi- limler ve din bilimlerinde bu yöntemin nasıl uygulanacağına dair ör- neklerle zenginleştirilmiş bir çerçeve sunulmuştur. Kitap, yalnızca bilgi sunmayı değil, aynı zamanda araştırmacının kendi yöntemsel yolunu

oluşturmasına katkı sunmayı hedeflemektedir.
Bu eser, farklı disiplinlerden gelen araştırmacıların literatürle ilişkisini güçlendirecek kapsamlı, pratik ve yol gösterici bir başvuru kaynağıdır.
