Özet
This study presents a fault-tolerant roll flight control system based on Filtered Incremental Nonlinear Dynamic Inversion with online adaptive control effectiveness estimation, applied to an F-16 aircraft model. The proposed system incorporates an inner loop with a normalized least-mean-squares algorithm that adapts the control effectiveness matrix in real time, compensating for aileron loss without explicit fault detection. An outer-loop proportional-integral controller eliminates the steady-state roll error. Three fault severity levels were evaluated under worst-case mid-maneuver fault injection at ten seconds into a thirty-degree bank hold. The results show that at a 25 percent loss, the baseline Incremental Nonlinear Dynamic Inversion exhibits sufficient robustness. At 50 percent loss, the proposed controller reduced the root-mean-square roll rate error from 0.91 to 0.67 deg/s. At 75 percent loss, the roll rate error was reduced by 38 percent, and the coupled yaw disturbance was reduced by 79 percent using a single fixed parameter set without gain scheduling.
