Assoc. Prof. MUSTAFA BAYTER

I was born in 1966 in the Osmaneli district of Bilecik. After my primary and secondary education, I graduated from Bilecik Commercial High School. In 1985, I won the Department of Librarianship at Ankara University, Faculty of Language, History and Geography. I finished the department with a good grade in 1989. After graduating from the department, I started to work as a temporary worker at the State Institute of Statistics Library. I passed the librarian exam held by the Prime Ministry Atatürk, the Higher Institute of Language and History, and started working at the Turkish Historical Society Library. In March 1996, I passed the specialization exam held by Ankara University, Faculty of Language, History and Geography, Department of Librarianship (New name, Department of Information and Document Management). While I was in the specialist staff of the department, I worked as the Chief of the Library of the Faculty of Language, History and Geography. I was responsible for Ankara University Faculty of Pharmacy Library, which I was assigned in June 2001.

After graduating from Ankara University Social Sciences Institute Librarianship Department in July 2000, I completed my doctorate program in July 2008.

July 2011' Asst. Assistant at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Information and Document Management. Assoc. Dr. I started working as a faculty member. I received the title of Associate Professor in May 2020. As the founder, I served as the President of the Department between 2011-2017 and 2020-2022.
