Abstract:According to the available information Âlem-i Nisvân, the first women's newspaper / magazine published in the Turkish and Islamic World began to be published under the leadership of İsmail Gaspıralı, Şefika Gaspıralı, the daughter of İsmail Gaspıralı. Entering its publication life in Crimea / Bahçesaray, Âlem-i Nisvân Newspaper/Magazine is also the first women's magazine of the Russian Turks. The magazine, the first issue of which was published in late 1905, was published at various intervals between 1906 1910. In 1911, only 3 issues in the period of 1917 Sefika Gaspirali wanted to re-publish the magazine, but could not realize for the October Revolution. In this study, various issues of Âlem-i Nisvân Newspaper from 1905 to 1907 were examined. Our thesis consists of six chapters. These sections are; 1. Introduction, 2. Review, 3.Transcription Text, 4.Result, 5.References and 6.Annexes. After the Crimean History and Crimean Tatar Voice Properties in the first part of our study, information about İsmail Gaspıralı, Şefika Gaspıralı, Tercuman Newspaper and Âlem-i Nisvân Newspaper/ Magazine are included. Our second part, Review; Âlem-i Nisvân (1905-1907) consists of two subtitles and Articles. In the third part, the transcriptional text of the issues of the Journal of the Âlem-i Nisvân from 1905 to 1907 is given. In the fourth part, the Conclusion part of our study is included. In the Fifth Chapter, References are included. In the Annexes of our study; Directory, Dictionary and Facsimile are included.
