Graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Education, Department of Arabic Language Teaching in 2004. He ran a translation office for a while, worked as a diplomatic correspondent for various media organizations, and worked as a translator-interpreter for medical device companies. He received his master's degree in the field of Eastern Languages ​​and Literatures with the thesis titled "Difficulties Emerging in Arabic and Turkish Written Translation Activities and Solution Suggestions", and his doctorate degree in the Department of Translation and Cultural Studies with the thesis titled "Preliminary Cultural Norms in Arabic Parallel Text Translation". Ballı, who worked as a Research Assistant and Lecturer at Kırıkkale University Arabic Translation and Interpreting Department between 2013 and 2018, started working as a lecturer at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Arabic Translation and Interpreting Department in 2018 and currently works as a lecturer at the same department. He works as a lecturer. Ballı, who has multilingual cultural studies in the Ottoman Archives, the Turkish Diplomatic Archive and the Archives of the Republic of Turkey, expands his ongoing scientific studies on the introduction of Turkish Language and Culture, examination of native language philosophy and consciousness, examination and evaluation of art, literature and criticism, as well as the worlds of thought and dominant imaginations; He gives seminars on translation theories, consecutive translation, legal translation, digital media translation, translation practices and computerized translation technologies.
